Cancellation Policy
The DOCEO CONTROL application is designed for administrative and management purposes, enabling institutions to enroll students, teachers, parents, drivers, and other staff. It also manages permissions, payroll, leave requests, and access to materials. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which services can be canceled and the consequences thereof.
1. General Cancellation Policy
- Once a payment is made for any service, cancellation requests must be raised promptly as per the guidelines outlined below.
- Certain services may not be eligible for cancellation, especially if they have been processed or availed.
- The cancellation process varies depending on the type of service, such as institutional fees, payroll processing, and administrative services.
Cancellation Procedures:
- Management/Admin Action: Authorized management or administrative users must initiate cancellation through the designated application interface.
- Verification: For sensitive cancellations (e.g., payroll access, full account termination), verification of authorization may be required. This might involve multi-factor authentication, approval workflows, or documentation.
- Notification: Upon successful cancellation, the affected user (if applicable) and relevant administrative personnel will be notified via in-app notifications or email, as configured.
2. Cancellation Eligibility
A. Institutional Payments & Fees
- Institutional payments, such as enrollment fees and other administrative charges, cannot be canceled once processed.
- In case of an incorrect transaction, users must contact the institution directly for resolution.
- The institution retains the authority over the cancellation of academic-related payments.
B. Payroll & Salary Disbursement
- Payroll payments processed through the DOCEO CONTROL application are non-cancellable once disbursed.
- Any disputes regarding salary or payroll errors must be raised with the institution’s HR department.
C. Subscription-Based Services
- Users can cancel subscriptions to premium features, data access, or additional administrative services before the renewal date to avoid further charges.
- No cancellations are permitted after the subscription period begins, and no partial refunds will be provided.
- Auto-renewal can be disabled in the app settings before the next billing cycle.
D. Service Requests & Applications
- Requests for leave applications, payroll modifications, and institutional approvals cannot be canceled once submitted.
- Users are responsible for verifying all details before submission, as modifications may not be possible post-processing.
E. Payment Related Cancellations
- DOCEO CONTROL does not directly process payments. All payments are handled within the "connect app."
- Cancellation or refunds related to payments made in the "connect app" will be governed by the cancellation and refund policies of that application.
- DOCEO CONTROL administrators can view payment records, but cannot alter or cancel them.
3. Cancellation Process
- Users must initiate cancellation requests through the in-app Support Section or contact the relevant institution directly.
- Subscription cancellations should be managed through account settings before renewal.
- Institutional service cancellations are subject to the respective organization’s policies and discretion.
4. Non-Cancellable Services
- Payments for administrative approvals, payroll processing, and institutional enrollments are final.
- Once digital content, such as study materials or reports, has been accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable.
- Any service that has been initiated, processed, or completed cannot be canceled.
Access Revocation
Upon cancellation, all access to the DOCEO CONTROL application and associated services will be immediately revoked.
