DOCEO CONTROL is a management and administrative application designed to facilitate student enrollment, staff management, and resource access. This Family Policy outlines the roles, responsibilities, and guidelines for families using the platform.

Scope

This policy applies to all management, administrative staff, and other authorized personnel who have access to the DOCEO CONTROL application. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Administrative assistants

1. General Guidelines for Families

• Parents/guardians must ensure that their children use DOCEO CONTROL responsibly and under supervision.
• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering students or updating profiles.
• DOCEO reserves the right to limit or suspend access if any inappropriate or illegal activities are detected.

2. Training and Support

• All authorized users will receive appropriate training on the use of the DOCEO CONTROL application.
• Technical support will be provided to assist users with any issues or questions.

3. Application Usage Guidelines

• Authorized Use: The DOCEO CONTROL application must be used only for legitimate business purposes related to the administration and management of the educational institution.
• Accurate Data Entry: Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data they enter into the application.
• Permissions and Roles: Users must adhere to the permissions and roles assigned to them within the application.
• Leave and Payroll Requests: All leave and payroll requests must be submitted through the application in accordance with established procedures.
• Material Access: Access to educational materials and other resources is granted based on user roles and responsibilities.
• Financial Transactions: All financial transactions within the application must be conducted in accordance with established financial policies and procedures.
• Reporting: Users are responsible for generating and reviewing reports as required for their roles and responsibilities.
• Driver Management: Driver information and management will be handled according to established safety and operational procedures.
• Student, Teacher, and Parent Enrollment: Enrollment processes must be followed as instructed and accurately inputted.

4. Multi-User Access & Family Accounts

• A student’s profile can be accessed by both parents (if authorized by the institution).
• Parents will receive notifications, updates, and reports related to their child's enrollment and administrative records.
• Any disputes regarding access control or account permissions must be resolved directly with the institution.

5. Communication & Support

• Parents/Guardians should use official communication channels within the app for any queries related to teachers, staff, or school management.
• Abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate communication may result in restricted access to the platform.
• For technical issues or account-related concerns, users should contact DOCEO’s support team through the in-app help section.

6. Contact & Assistance

For any concerns related to family access, student records, or communication policies, users can:

• Reach out to the institution’s administration for student-related inquiries.
• Use the in-app Help & Support section for technical assistance.
• Contact DOCEO’s customer support for any app-related queries.

Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized access to or use of the application.
• Sharing user accounts and passwords.
• Unauthorized modification or deletion of data.
• Use of the application for personal or non-business purposes.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures.
• Downloading and distributing confidential information outside of approved channels.
